People
Jobs, training, and ownership opportunities across every business — building wealth in the communities we operate in, not extracting it.

A family of companies · one principle
The Warren Federation is a holding company built for the long term — a collection of independent businesses that operate on their own terms, united by a single commitment to doing good in the world.
The principle
Every company runs itself. We give them capital, conviction, and time — then we get out of the way. Decentralized ownership, centralized values.
We don't flip, we don't strip. We hold. Decisions are measured in decades, because the things worth building rarely pay off in quarters.
Profit is the proof, not the purpose. Each business is held to one question: are we leaving the world better than we found it?
The scale
Figures reflect the current portfolio. Detailed financials and an annual chairman's letter will be published as the Federation formalizes its reporting.
The companies
Independent businesses across real estate, ventures, education, and conservation — each carrying the Warren standard into its own arena.
How we operate
We borrow the patience of the great holding companies and pair it with a refusal to do harm. Power, deployed responsibly. The model is simple: back exceptional operators, hold for the long term, and never lose sight of why the work matters.
Every company, every day, a little better. Small disciplined gains compound into category leadership.
We operate like masters of a trade — obsessive about quality, intolerant of mediocrity, proud of the work itself.
Capital, people, and communities are entrusted to us. We treat that trust as the real measure of success.
Doing good
Jobs, training, and ownership opportunities across every business — building wealth in the communities we operate in, not extracting it.
From 3D-printed eco homes to species conservation, our companies are designed to give more to the natural world than they take.
Education sits at the center of the Federation. We believe access to mastery is the most durable form of doing good.
Leadership
Founder & Chairman
The Warren Federation was not built to be the largest of anything. It was built to prove a thesis: that a company can be ruthless about excellence and generous about its impact at the same time — that those two things are not in tension, but in partnership.
We own businesses in real estate, in athletics, in food, in education, in conservation. They look nothing alike. What they share is an operator who would run them the same whether or not anyone was watching, and a standard that says the work has to be good — and it has to do good.
We measure ourselves on a single question. Did we leave it better than we found it? Everything else is just how we keep score.
